0 star review. Terrible experience!! Do not recommend Carsdigital for any marketing/advertising services. A month ago, Dale, walked into my dealership with a free trial offer flyer. At the time, it sounded ok, and so I decided to give it a try. Its been a huge headache ever since!!! First off, I dont think this company has any employees. I havent been able to reach anyone for customer service/support. There are no people to answer questions and resolve any issues. The phone number directly goes to voicemail each time and noone calls back. They post your car inventory once, and then never do anything else. They do not refresh your inventory or posts. I have also emailed several times and no response. Its like the company does not exist once you start the trial or sign up with them. No customer service, no support and no communication. DO NOT sign up with them. Carsdigital only has 2 other google reviews and they are from the account representatives.
