Edited: from response- leadership NEVER reached out. I’m not shocked but if you’re going to put it out into the universe the least you can do is follow through. Complete dumpster fire! Such a mess trying to switch to them and get items sorted out. Kept finding missing pieces of the puzzle on my own without them noticing. Continually reassured, yet no progress was made. Returning to my prior marketing company.
If you are a SF agent I would stay far away. I signed up (and added significant additional funding) about 6 months ago and had regular calls with my account manager. We reviewed the lead volume and the account manager always made it sound like great results when it came to leads/calls/impressions, but when I cross referenced what they claimed to be providing compared to my ECRM dashboards there was no change in lead volume from before I signed up when I was receiving leads organically. I also cross referenced our call log with the supposed call-in leads phone numbers and almost all of them were mistaken 1 second dials with the prospect hanging up right away (Butler Till were counting all of these as leads). The account manager kept telling me he would figure out with his team lead why we weren’t getting leads, but they never got back to me. It got so bad that the someone from corporate even asked to be on a call so he could see what was going on. Still no uptick in lead volume after that. Save yourself the trouble and find another vendor.
Very disappointing results..they said I would get significantly more leads than I actually wound up receiving and they really don’t seem to care whether you get the results you’re looking for. I received much better results with other paid search companies
The issue that I have with this company is the Customer Service. I have been working with this company for months and the one thing that is consistent is that the service is less than desirable. Every time that I call in I get routed to a voicemail. Every time I click on a customer support link, no one responds. Emails go unanswered. I can only speak with my account rep once a month and they have to contact me. Who is in charge here?
