Lion + Panda: A Solid Partner for Business Growth
To provide a thorough review of Lion + Panda, I must clarify what kind of relationship we have.
I am employed and have been for the last four years as an IT Services Manager for Deimling Jeliho Plastics, Inc., and I work with many partners. Since the start of Deimling Jeliho Plastics, their company philosophy has always been to source with local small businesses and vendors when applicable and appropriate.
Three of my partners are unique in their own right and always provide excellent support services. They are Rubyhaus, Lion + Panda, and Vision One. I am always impressed with Scott Salyer, Philip Roestamadji, and Derek Brown and their team's professionalism and expertise during every interaction.
Scott is the President and CEO of Rubyhaus, specializing in advanced system and full system architecture design. Also, Scott is the CTO for Lion + Panda, which does marketing, web development, and design work for our business.
We have been doing business with Scott for many years, even before I became an employee at Deimling Jeliho Plastics, and he always provides a level of service unmatched by many of my partners. I consider Scott and his team at Lion + Panda and Vision One an extension of our team.
I recently worked with Scott Salyer as the CTO from Lion + Panda on issues with our hosted servers.
Initially, I received an email from Scott alerting me that we were running low on disk space on one of the many servers we host through Scott at Rubyhaus and Lion + Panda.
Scott took the time to understand my business goals from the start. His recommendations for the hosting designs and strategies were spot on. I was particularly pleased with how Scott corresponded with me directly through email to add more storage space to our hosted server.
In June, I worked with Scott on another project where he coordinated with my organization and another partner, Vision One, to set up a new server for our IQMS ERP/MRP environment.
Scott from the Lion + Panda team was easy to communicate with and kept me informed. They were responsive to my feedback and made adjustments as needed.
The results of the project have been positive. Our hosted server uptime is at an incredible 99.5%, and we've seen a noticeable improvement in our productivity. I'm pleased with the return on investment and recommend Scott and Lion + Panda to other businesses.
