I have to respond the last comment from the company. I am the one that is confused! If you go to the Firm's website you will find my original review, with no mention it is been updated that should tell you all you need to know about this company. In fact they will admit have a program that suppresses bad reviews on Google but I know enough about google reviews to get around it. FirmFinder claims they sell a full package of services, which is true technically but misleading. In truth you are payment about $1500.00 a month in fees ( minimum) for two primary services SEO and PPC. Cost of ads of course are separated as you expect. The PPC part worked ok. But because they have minimum fees, you need to have a budget in the range of $10,000.00 to justify the fees. For me i was spending on $3000.00 so half my payment was eaten up in fees rather than cost of adwords. So in the range of 50% . At Jumpfly for example it would been about 15%, Second problem is Firm Finders will not allow you to review the ads. How can an attorney allow an ad to run without seeing if first?? The SEO part is much worse. Although we paid for the site and it was agreed we had full ownership if we left it took over a month to get the site back. Transfering a site is not hard it takes about an hour. However Firm Finder insisted it could not be done this way. When i asked for the site back, instead of agreeing to migrate the site back to my host we were send the site in a dropbox. ) It is like have an disagreement with auto mechanic, and he returns you car in pieces. We spend hours trying to put the site back together out discover there were not missing files. The next day were spend more files with no explanation for why they were not included the first time. After spending hours more the site could still not be uploading to our host. I finally demanded the site be migrated back as i had initially requested and after making enough noise they final complied. So why was is send my dropbox the first time?? After getting the site back on lien i had the review by a number of experts who ran independent testing. The site was basically a shell. Where was all the SEO done in the five months of the contract? If you run PPC with anyone you will get a boast and numbers to start , i did with FIrm Finder. But when you dig deeper you see there are much better options. I have worked with a lot companies good and bad i have never felt the need to provide a negative review. But please be careful with this company.. Started out well but did not end well. First, you have to buy a website from FirmFinder, (the price can vary depending on sale's person's mood) even if you already have one. It was made clear from the start that I would have complete ownership of the site. However, when I canceled the contact, what appears to be out of spite, my representative refused to give me the IP ADDRESS so I could transfer it. Instead, he dumped a bunch of files in a Dropbox for me to put back together. After a few hours of sorting through the files, I realized the files the in Dropbox were just the core WordPress files, which is just part of what we needed to put the site back up. We also needed the database files though. The website data will not display without the database. So at this point, I am still not sure if I receive the website I paid for our not. Update: After hours and hours of work trying to reconstruct the data files sent by FirmFinders, i am told by my hosting company the site can only be transferred by migration from the former host ( FirmFinder) which of course is what FinderFinder refused to do when I requested it. Given I now know it is impossible to have the site back to it is original form without the cooperation of FirmfFinder i will once again as for cooperation have access to the website which I own.
