I will have to give the owners of Connecting Your Customer 5 stars! These owners went above and beyond when they could tell I didn't have a clue about our website. I called in and had a pretty simple question regarding it, and they told me that was not even a issue, and resolved it in less then 5, and I mean 5 minutes. I would recommend this business to anyone, they were honest, and up front about if they could help me or not. I really appreciate you guys, thank you!!!!!!
BE CAREFUL. This guys can SCAM YOU. I had a cold call from Robert Turvey and persuaded me to meet him. He said he could get me on top of google organic pages, and will help me be more visible online. I gave him to work on a big website of about 30 pages to help the content. He provided me with content in a few days. It was suspicious since he doesn't know my field to be able to generate that much content without doing some research on my products and services. I found out later that he cut and paste from other sites and include information irrelevant to what I do in my business. The content had way too many mistakes that it took me more work to proof-read than to write new content myself. The interesting part was when he demanded full payment. I had given him 50% of the total project. I loss my 50% deposit which is a significant amount. He threatened me to provide full payment over the phone. I told him his work is not relevant to my business, that he cut and paste from other sites and had way too many errors. After about a week or so Brian Monaghan stated to call me over the phone demanding payment. He was rude and threaten me to take me to court. It was a bad experience and loss money. After I wrote a strong email describing the errors, and copied content from other sites. They stop bothering me.
The Team that supported our Project exceeded our company's expectations for the work that was requested. I would highly recommend using their services to anyone wanting to pass on the project and not have a worry in sight. The communication exceeded my expectations as well!!
