I work for RAFT, a non profit focusing on supporting sexual and domestic violence advocates build resiliency to compassion fatigue and burnout. We launched a new website and were having challenges getting our search console set up, limiting our ability to us analytics and track our website. Our experience with Hook was great from the introductory "sales call" through to the final setup of our search console and Bing Webmaster tools. Our team at RAFT is small, and we don't have a lot of extra time, so the best part of working with Hook was that, after the initial call, we didn't hear from Hook again until everything was complete and working. This is the exactly what I am looking for when I hire someone to help with technology: explain to me what you are going to do, tell me how much it costs, make it happen, then tell me it is done.
