Similar to another review I read, we too were not satisfied with the services that were promised. They sold us a beautiful picture in the beginning, I even went to the extent of giving them google files with neatly filed folders all labeled to make their jobs easier when needing pictures. I also said I do not want any stock photos so if we dont have something that matches what the content is about, to make soemthing up, a design, but they chose to pick pictures to use for the website that clearly do not align with the layout. Noone wants to have their faces awkwardly blown up and half cut off. They stated that they were not done and that we needed to finalize things. However, I recieved an email stating it was done and asked if we could go live. There was no blog in site. Of course now there 1 AI generated post on their temp site with stock photos. However, when they wanted to go live our $800 add on was no where in site. We stated multiple times we were not happy with anything and would like to cancel it all. We didnt even ask for our down-payment back. They met us with a phone call from collections asking us for $5k plus for a website thats not done. And service and did not like. They are now sending us to court. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. PS. Our sales rep Christian, was amazing, I want to point that out, he truly was great, and I wish him the best. but the company he stands for is not.

This company sent a very smooth talking salesman to take my money and offer me all kinds of impressive services that I never received. After multiple attempts and request for a refund I have gotten no satisfactory response from this company just a delay and having a good website. They promised to do things such as take control of the reviews that would be made online they told me that they had a direct access method to challenge negative reviews and that was a lie.
