We have used Fresh Creative as our website host and marketing firm for almost 10 years and would not use anyone else. Their professionalism and creativity are second to none. Deceptive, extremely weak & unbiblical,,, (there presentation is a reminder of sheep skin on a wolfs body), we wanted to go with them even though they were nearly double the initial site,,, then realized their bait was luring us into a MUCH GREATER NEED that would have forced us to spend a lot more,, as of today they have never provided anything for us (they claim they spent time preparing a website,,, so where was the evidence back then?) ,,, not even a rendering,, so realizing their deceptiveness,,, we explained it to them and told them we arent satisfied and will move elsewhere,,, fast forward,, to the website launch by a strong transparent biblical company and much better to deal with,,, we now receive a lawsuit from them for claiming we owe them aprx 40,000$ for what was never provided to us,, i then call them (no name for respect to them even though they should be mentioned to wake them, the leaders),,, to see if we can have a meeting and perhaps pay them for some of their time (even though they didnt provide anythn) but out of respect,,, then they werent interested to talk and simply says he will sue us if we let a bad review,,,,, really,,,, this devilish behavior needs to be brought to the public,,, i hope God connects with this company so they see humans as others to serve,,,,, not to serve themself,,,, i tried to talk but LAWSUIT friendly thinks otherwise,,,, To the owner,, shame on you for allowing such a mentally crippled manager get you to this decline,, this could have been easily solved,,,,,,,,,,,,,, now imagine how they would treat you once they have your money if this is how they treat WHEN THEY CLEARLY KNOW THE CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISIFED Jesus came to serve,,,, not to be served!

I Would Like to start off with a Gratitude to Fresh Creative team for their friendly atmosphere on our visits while checking around to find a Company to build our new Website.. This was the only reason for 2 Stars instead of 1 After we discussed the layout, had a few meetings and they sent us quotes for the website we agreed that we would like to proceed with them for our new website, upon agreement they send us another estimate of what we all discussed and we were left under the impression it was all included with the first estimate they sent, so then we went back over everything with our team and seen that this was gonna cost us WAY OVER what we had originally expected from what they shared on the first estimate. So we told them due to these extra costs, there is just NO WAY we will be able to foot this new launch with them, and we are not looking to Spend 5 to 10K a month for their premium package after the new website is launched, well they did not take No for an answer very easily till we told them that we are NOT going to go with them period. So fast forward 5 months; We had found a great team to build our new site and launched it on a Wednesday and within a week a police officer showed up with Law Suit Paperwork from Fresh Creative, they were demanding Payment for who knows what??? and saying that we agreed to them and went with another company for our Website Build, ( to us that's part of everyday business, isn't this a free country? ) Please Note; They did NOT work up any kind of rendering of what our new website will look like only a Detailed Proposal so therefore they never even sent us an invoice for services rendered to us.. Needless to say Our team was absolutely shocked that this Professional Company even thought of doing anything like this, Not so Professional after all and much less Scriptural is about all I can say.. I have NO interest to do business like this, but like I mentioned prior we really appreciated the Friendliness we felt in our meetings, with that being said I hope they Repent from this act and serve our Community with a Biblical Perspective, in the End God will be the Perfect Judge and not us humans. Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing. We initially met with them several times to discuss building a new website and, more importantly, managing our websites long-term. From the very beginning, we made it clear that while we liked their website designs, the primary reason we were considering them was their ability to handle ongoing website management. We had previously worked with another company whose design work we liked, but we were looking for a partner that could manage all aspects of our online presence. During our early meetings, I repeatedly asked what website management would look like and what the associated costs would be. Each time, I was told not to worry about that yet and that management would be discussed in the next phase. Based on those conversations, we signed a proposal for the website build. Shortly afterward, we received a proposal for managing a second website. The pricing was significantly higher than expected. After discussing it with the company, we learned that several thousand dollars in setup fees were being charged. While those setup costs seemed understandable, the recurring monthly fees, approximately $8,000 per month, were far beyond what our business could sustain. We then requested pricing for managing the website they were proposing to build. That proposal came back even higher and included additional setup fees. At that point, what we believed would be a $35,000–$42,000 website project appeared to become a commitment approaching $70,000, along with more than $10,000 per month in ongoing services. Within a 2 weeks of signing, we informed the company that we genuinely wanted to work with them but could not move forward because of the management costs that had not been fully discussed before we signed. We explained that we hoped to revisit the project when our financial situation improved. After I again explained that the issue was affordability and not a lack of interest, we received a response that felt surprisingly rude and unprofessional compared to our earlier interactions. Our team ultimately decided that if this was how a delay would be handled, it would be best to pursue another direction. What was most surprising was that after we moved forward with another provider, this company filed a lawsuit seeking full payment for the website project. Throughout our interactions, we never received any designs, mockups, layouts, renderings, or other deliverables indicating that work had begun. We also never provided content, images, or project materials that would have allowed development to start. I believe this company is capable of producing quality work, and their portfolio is impressive. However, based on our experience, I strongly recommend that any prospective customer request a complete breakdown of all setup fees, recurring management costs, and long-term obligations before signing any agreement. As a company with strong Christian morals, our business is guided by our faith and the principles we strive to live by every day. Throughout the years, we have experienced our share of disputes, unpaid invoices, project disagreements, and difficult situations. However, we have never chosen to pursue legal action against a customer or another business. Instead, we have always believed in handling conflicts through communication, forgiveness, and allowing God to be the ultimate judge of people's actions and intentions. For that reason, the decision to pursue legal action against us was especially disappointing. While we understand that every company has the right to operate according to its own policies, the response we received felt inconsistent with the spirit of understanding and cooperation that we had hoped for throughout the relationship. What began as a promising partnership ultimately ended in a way that conflicted with the values our company strives to uphold. Our faith teaches us that true judgment belongs to God alone. We believe that every person, including ourselves, will ultimately answer to Him and be judged fairly according to their actions.
