I paid them quite a bit a money and didn't see much of a return at all. They tried to take credit for a job the old company I worked for referred to me. They were nice enough people, but as soon as I canceled the service they stopped answering emails. There was alsoa mishap where a whole month went by with no blogs written. They wouldn't credit me for the month... I had to have WIX support help me remove their chat head and some other custom elements they had added to my site. My site still has backlinks to some odd HTML pages to this day. They also said, "You only have 10 reviews, I'm sure you've helped more than 10 people, right?" I am seeing here they only have 3. I have never left a bad review, but for the amount of money I paid I would expect better service even when facing cancelation.
