The website product is good but I’d be remiss if I did not advise prospective clients to proceed with caution. A few buttons on my website malfunction regularly. At first the company was responsive and fixed the issue on two separate occasions (they billed me an hourly labor rate to do so, which is fair I suppose). Recently, I contacted both owners (Nick and James) for guidance about potentially managing these issues on my own. Nick answered my first call and said he would follow up but failed to do so, even after I made another attempt to contact him a few weeks later. I never heard anything back from James Blundo. As a fellow business owner I find this conduct to be surprising and disappointing, especially in light of the fact that the website cost nearly $10k. I understand that the work is done and the service was delivered but refusing to counsel a former customer about a product malfunction seems inappropriate, at least by my personal customer service standards. For what it’s worth, since my website’s launch I have learned more about this industry and it does not seem like design firms vary much in technical ability. The big differences are going to be cost and customer service. Consider my experience when choosing the folks who will create your website. It needs to serve you reliably for many years.
