Terrible coordination with their promoters and communication with their team. They take little responsibility when things don't go well. I worked on a promotion where they didn't give me complete details, and the coordinator, who only sent voice messages, blamed me for her poor communication with the client to avoid looking bad. Completely unprofessional. I don't recommend them for work as a promoter or agency.
