This place is very misleading on job boards, it is not a management program, IT IS A SALES JOB. They don't pay you for your commission like they're supposed to, you will never get to see your family. The environment is like a cult, do not waste your time here.
Was asked to come back for a second interview. Then upon arrival at 9:05 there was no one from plamstate around, I walked back to the office parts to find someone. He said okay I'll go get the interviewer, then he comes back out says oh it's 9:15 sorry you were supposed to be here at 9. We'll have to reschedule no thanks I drove 2 hours to come here not doing it again. I get I was a few minutes late but if that's how this business is run. No thanks ill find another job to interview for.
Very misleading on job board sites. Will have to let go of family and friends in-order to make time for your new co-workers, i mean new family and friends. Promotions are too easy and they don't pay you according to state laws. They tell you to lie to customers inside of Sam's and Costco about credit checks and sign for the customer instead of doing as prompted on the screen and allowing the customer/member to read and sign the information. Very forced environment and culture nothing organic. Owners do not pay out proper commissions. DO NOT BE FULLED IT IS A SALES JOB and they will market it to you as if its a management training program. I've watched as the owners will write fake reviews and tell others to do the same. ITS NETWORK MARKETING AT ITS WORST. Its a poorly done version of network marketing where you have to recruit and sell over and over again until you are high enough up to tell others to recruit and sell. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME unless you need a filler job until you find something better. Half of the people they hire leave in less than 3 months due to their views on EVERYONE IS REPLACEABLE EVEN IF YOU ARE PROMOTED. Team Nights are not mandatory but are if you want to be in their good graces. AGAIN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME UNLESS YOU ARE IN NEED OF A FILLER JOB UNTIL YOU FIND SOMETHING BETTER cause that's all this is good for.
