Nashville Marketing is a digital marketing agency specializing in growth strategies for the entertainment and event-driven sectors. The agency focuses on helping festivals, touring companies, venues, sports events, and mid-market entertainment brands increase ticket sales and expand their market presence. Their core service offering is built around full-funnel digital advertising systems, which include planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Spotify. Beyond media buying, the firm provides creative strategy, developing messaging and visual concepts intended to capture audience attention and convert interest into ticket transactions. A significant component of their service model is funnel optimization, where they evaluate the buyer journey to identify and resolve friction points that prevent conversions. Nashville Marketing also incorporates AI-enabled tools into their workflow to expedite performance testing and data-driven decision-making. Their approach to client engagement centers on long-term partnership, providing competitive analysis, marketing budget management, and guidance on pricing strategies for events. The agency emphasizes a transparent reporting process and proactive strategy, acting as an extension of their clients' internal teams to provide accountability and predictable, performance-focused results. While they maintain a national reach by working with touring brands and national events, they emphasize a specialized understanding of the unique constraints and timelines involved in event marketing, which differs from standard commercial advertising. The agency limits the number of clients they accept annually to ensure their capacity to deliver focused, results-oriented campaigns.

This is my response to the owner's response: Please see the attached landing page for a full review of what you will be paying for. You'll see that the landing page looks like garbage. Changes to get it looking professional are extra (over and above the $5,500) They were trying to charge the account for ads management for $2,700 more before we saw the landing page-and before any ads were ran. Without any ads running, or even seeing an ad or a landing page, they'll want to see $7,700. I'm just glad the bleeding stopped before the charges got any higher than $5,500, but it's still a lot of money. I have my attorney reviewing the matter after some cues from the owner's response. Whomever responded to my original post is simply not telling the truth. For anyone else out there that thinks they'll be paying for ads, you are paying for weekly meetings to talk about what your ads could be. They call this "ads management" (with no active ads) I had to figure out why Facebook wasn't allowing me to run ads and a work around, and I did that inside of a few days. I was very responsive-except for the week when I was out of pocket with a death in my family. Original Message: They were hired to help with an event and with a software launch. After canceling the event, we decided to focus on the software launch, but they began running charges for ads management while we were still building the landing page. The "setup fee" was $500 and the landing page was $5,000 (for one page), but I figured it might be worth it if they know their stuff with marketing. We get paid for what we know, so I went along with it. A charge of $2700+ for ads management was repeatedly attempted before we had gotten anywhere with Facebook ads and before we were able to move funds. It was explained that the charges are not based on what is delivered and that it is more of a subscription service. ?? My grandmother died while we were working together and Facebook's Ads Manager was not letting me create an ads account under my profile. I was blamed for delays. And I figured out how to connect with the Facebook ads manager on my own. I showed up to one meeting we had scheduled, and no one was there. To show for it, we have a landing page that we pay $25 every month for to keep it active until we can make edits. I was hopeful to hand off all marketing to a proven company and thought that the premiums would be an investment, but we couldn't get very far with the trajectory we were on. Buyers beware that the service is a subscription for ads management, whether you have them running or not. The minimum charge is $2700 every month for ads management-no matter what is delivered. This doesn't include ad spend. I suggest paying with a credit card in the event that consideration is not delivered-even with the credit card fees that are added. Maintain some leverage. I'm wishing I didn't send them anything now because we could have done so much more with $5,500 as a startup company. I wouldn't have paid that much for a landing page alone, if it weren't for the ads that were supposed to work in tandem.

We have historically handled our marketing in house. This seemed to work until earlier this year. Events that had sold out in the past were all of a sudden no longer selling out. We started working with Nashville Marketing early 2025. Within 3 weeks we've seen events where sales where pacing behind start to turn from to even and now starting to be ahead year over year. Nashville Marketing brings a lot to the table. They are experts in the ever evolving landscape of online advertisement. They understand that how you market an event is very different from other types of marketing. We have a date we're targeting and a shorter run time to experiment to figure out what works. Nashville Marketing is also becoming instrumental in our overall event marketing strategy. This is helping us with our competitive analysis, reviewing our event offerings / pricing, marketing budgets and what types of marketing we should be doing and when.

Nashville is great at what they do. Communication is stellar and anything they are ever tasked they get done without any issues. Ahead of the game for sure and looking forward to the next project they get from us. Highly recommended and see them being a major force in the event industry for many years to come.
