If you own a nail salon or restaurant, go for it - they are probably the perfect company for you. But for higher level B2B companies steer clear. They aren't professional enough and churn out cutesy, fluffy content. I wouldn't leave a bad review if it weren't for the fact that after we cancelled our services, they wrote us a lengthy email explaining how they did everything right, and we, as the customer, were the problem. I know another B2B company that used them (that cancelled for the same reasons we did), and got the same kind of email, making excuses and no offers to correct anything. A marketing company that can't listen to you is not the kind of company I plan to spend money with in 2024.
We have had good benefit from working with CMO even though it has been a steep learning curve with our product. They are dynamic, interested in our product, creative and involved week to week.
