We cancelled our service with Ceatus Group in 2022 and only discovered in 2024 that we had still been charged for two years. We contacted them in July 2024 and were dealing with Brian Short, who initially responded and offered services instead of a refund. However, after requesting the money back, all communication stopped. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, we've been completely ignored. Very disappointing experience — no accountability and poor business ethics.
