There is the good, the bad, and the ugly in any industry. I get marketing calls all the time from different companies, but they often have the same pitch. However, this Monday was a unique experience with Premier Online Marketing. After listening to the first person, I was transferred to a manager who promised to get us on the first page of Google. I am looking for a good marketing strategy and team, so I asked who the lead contender in my industry was. After he mentioned a few names, I asked how many backlinks they had and what the plan was to outrank the existing positions. The manager defensively replied that a tech handles that part, and I requested to be transferred to speak with one of them. In a passive-aggressive tone, he mentioned that they only discuss that with their customers. I explained that I was interested and needed that information to ensure they knew what they were doing. I could feel him losing his temper, and I laughed, realizing how emotionally immature he was in managing the situation. The conversation got a bit ugly as I laughed because I couldn't believe this was happening on a Monday morning call. He ended the conversation by hanging up. The funny part is a few hours later, the same company called me again, and I requested to be removed from their list. I don’t think this company can be a good fit for anyone out there. I hate to leave a 1-star review because I can't leave a 0-star review.

Premier so far has helped our business grow on google and control spending and wasting money on things that are not working more than anything.
