I’m still waiting for a status update for a claim from September. The only answers that I have received is it’s being escalated. No accountability. No sense of urgency and terrible customer service.

I can't say enough about Loomis. The media department served as an educational partner in several advertising classes I taught at University of North Texas. The agency was always enthusiastic, creative, professional and generous with their time. They offered the students extraordinary education with their assigned real-world advertising projects. In a sea of ad agencies (many of them mediocre), THIS is one shop that really knows its stuff. As a 25 year marketing veteran, I definitely recommend Paul Loomis, Aimee Bove and the rest of the crew at The Loomis Agency.
