The beginning was promising. Very strong sales pitch and reassuring conversations. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of incidents that showed a serious lack of professionalism and reliability. They ran ad campaigns without my authorization, using completely inappropriate visuals: a blue-sky stock image unrelated to my brand, and even images of India to promote Morocco. This is basic marketing negligence. As a result, I lost at least $500 USD on poorly executed ads. They acknowledged the issue and explicitly promised a refund. That refund never happened. Shomik completely disappeared. The other person who was supposed to process the refund also vanished. No follow-up, no accountability, no resolution. They present themselves as operating from the U.S., but in reality the operations are based in India. That in itself is not the issue. The problem is the poor communication quality, false promises, and total lack of delivery once payment is made. Mistakes can happen. I was patient for several months and gave them every opportunity to fix the situation. Instead, my patience was taken for weakness. As marketers, this level of behavior is unacceptable. Based on my experience, this is not a trustworthy company. Proceed with extreme caution.
