These guys are pirates. After spending thousands with JR on a campaign that didn’t work we finally figured out the new AI bot that they’re using was to blame. The AI redirects where to spend your ads. They know it isn’t working but their higher ups are pushing it on all the clients. So, when they knew we were about to cancel our account they billed another $4,000 dollars IN ADVANCE before our account had spent out, just so they could keep the money. I attempted to dispute it with Amex and because of their internal cancellation policy at reach local Amex ultimately sided with them. Even though the money will just sit there without spending on ads since we have parted ways. I have since found a new SEO/SEM company that is far and away superior. These guys are a joke. Don’t waste your money.

They use tricky sales pitch and give information that is not revelent telling me that my qaulity score on Google ads is 11/100 when Gogle ads Qaulity only rages from 1-10
