Unprofessional and unethical. I called to asks questions about what this company has to offer. Since I was looking for a marketing business. And Josh called me “not credible “I gave all my information on my business and what I was looking for. It felt rather discriminatory and unethical. Maybe it was the person I ended up talking to. Because I wanted to work with this place based on reviews. But this is my honest review these people are not professional I was told “we’ll, we are not hurting for business” after I said that my customer might be a potential customer. Made it seem like you're not allowed to work for this company unless you hold a certain standard. I called again for the benefit of the doubt and talked to Yaw Sam and told them about the situation and they did apologize on their partners behalf. I ended the call and moved forward. Unfortunately, 30 minutes later I received two missed phones calls from the owners. Accusing me of not being honest about my google review and experience that happened with the first person I talked too. So, I decided to speak the full story. All i asked was logical questions about the Brand Geniuz to see if they are a potential fit for the company I am working for. In return for those questions, I got ridiculed, attacked, and accused of things I did not do. Not only was I disrespected the first time when they told me I was trying to "steal their business" but the second time I was called it was to proclaim that what I stated in my review was not true and sided with his partner. So, instead of being called back to apologize about the way a customer was treated. They called to what felt like threating me about my google interview. My review is based on my experience I'm sure they have done good for others this is simply my opinion you decide whether this is the type of company you would want to leave your business too.
