I would not recommend Social Sharks based on our experience. We were required to sign a four-month contract, and once the campaign launched, the results were nonexistent. We didn’t see even $1 come in the door from their efforts—not a single client—making the entire engagement a complete waste of time and money. When we raised concerns after the first month, it became clear that the marketing materials themselves were part of the problem. The imagery and overall creative approach looked amateurish and rudimentary, more like beginner-level Photoshop work than professional marketing. There was nothing innovative or tailored about the content; it felt generic and low-effort. They had also advertised a guarantee of 12–24 new clients or a $500 refund, which we were later told we didn’t qualify for despite the lack of results. When we attempted to end the relationship early, the only option presented was to pay out the remaining contract. We genuinely regret the decision to sign with Social Sharks and would strongly recommend that prospective clients look elsewhere. Read the contract carefully and be cautious about promises that may not be delivered.

This is my only negative review. I paid in advance for two services. Neither service was delivered. I had to push repeatedly just to receive a refund for the less expensive service. The more expensive service was never delivered and never refunded, despite clear proof and repeated, documented attempts to resolve the issue directly. UPDATE: Social Sharks publicly responded stating the issue would be escalated and resolved. I immediately followed their instructions, emailed support with documentation, and provided a reasonable deadline. There was no response and no refund. Public assurance was followed by complete silence. Lack of follow through makes it difficult to recommend trusting this company with advance payments.
