This review is coming from the perspective as a vendor working with Hancock Group. Normally the biggest issues I have when working with marketing agencies is prompt payment and communication. Communication between expectations between clients, the agency and myself, we had some issues at first, but, here's where it gets awesome. Halley and Savannah heard my concerns and truly listened and we came up with a system to solve the communication challenges and it worked! Also earlier I mentioned I normally have issues with prompt payment, I have never worked with an agency who pays faster than Hancock Group, they were timely every, single, time. Quick to answer my questions and concerns. The marketing industry needs more agencies like Hancock Group, they are a shining example of what vendor relationships should look and feel like. If you're considering using Hancock Group for your marketing needs as a customer, just know that if they treat their vendors this well, they MUST treat their customers even better.
