I had to literally come to Texas to find a responsive, professional top of their game (for a reasonable price) company to build my web site. I work in San Francisco, have had my own website since 2004 and found it necessary to upgrade to 'stay with the times' on several occasions over the years. It's always something I dread because finding a good responsive all encompassing design team to work with is an ultimate challenge. Some are good on design but terrible on function, others are good at function but terrible at design and if you find both in the same package it can cost you tens of thousands of dollars.
