Steve's of Tell Me Your Goal command of the subject matter is evident as he's able to explain tech laden subject and make relatable to a 50 year old technophobe. I never understood SEO and always felt it had a "black box" feel. Steve broke broke it down to the point that I know what it is and understand how to value any company's sales approach. I can have an intelligent negotiation about it and address the potential pitfalls. Most importantly, he provided a step by step approach that allows me to handle the basics of improving my SEO positioning--invaluable information for me and my company as we approach a milestone in our 5 year history. The value proposition is self-evident. This class is a must.

Stephen’s content for the Digital Marketing Social Media & E-commerce Basics was very well organized and he gave a clear presentation of each topic in an interactive forum, using real life examples in a virtual media. He was knowledgeable and allowed participants to ask individual questions at the end of the session which underscores his goal to lend support to everyone in attendance.

I took a workshop with Steven covering the basics of Digital Media for Small Businesses and it was a bit more than the basics, totally thorough and current.
