If we have an idea, or anything we might like to add to, or change on the website, they're open to it and will implement it immediately. And they do more than just create and host websites. They have taken care of all our social media sites and gotten us strted on some posts. At the moment, they are designing our business cards for us (someone else prints them). This has taken a lot of the burden off of the front desk, as they really do not have the time to mess with all of this. Now the staff can concentrate on our patients and not worry about the technical aspects of a business that would have otherwise taken up much of their time.
