I really wanted to like working with this company. The team is friendly, and the owner seems like a genuinely good guy. Unfortunately, they completely dropped the ball on my website project, and when I raised my concerns, they made no effort to make it right. I paid for a new website in March 2025. It took them over 6 weeks just to get started, and the project dragged on for a full year — until March 2026 — and it’s still not finished. There were months-long gaps between pages being built, very little communication, and the overall execution felt rushed and mediocre. It seemed like they were doing just enough to keep me from leaving, rather than delivering the quality I paid for. After I said "enough" and stoped paying the retainer, I emailed the owner (Greg) detailing how frustrated I was with the lack of progress and poor results for what I paid for. He never responded. Not a single reply. While their marketing efforts were decent, the website portion of the project was extremely underwhelming compared to what was sold to me. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but being completely ignored by the owner after I reached out in good faith feels disrespectful and unprofessional. Would I let them touch my website again? Absolutely not. Would I trust them with marketing? Probably. But after this experience, I deeply regret working with them and wouldn’t recommend them for web development.
