My client has been with Avant8 for almost a year. They took their money and did not follow through on their SEO AT ALL. Now they are holding their websites hostage. They've changed the admin logins and have refused to give them to my client for months.
Trevor was great to talk to. I liked what we discussed, unfortunately the back end support just couldn't quite get the work done. I know they had some staffing issues which is hard and I hope they can get back on their feet there. I look forward to working with them again if they can get that resolved. But I think it is important to be up front in our experience which was that our website had problems when it was in their care and I couldn't get responses from their team to fix it. I ended up having to stop their services and bring in a new company to get the website issues resolved. Things ended up fine for us, so its not like a great problem was created. But we were losing some important functionality while we waited for them to fix things. If they can get back on their feet and get things going well again I'm happy to update my review to reflect that.
