We first contacted Creatably two years ago. Unfortunately, we could not afford to work with them back then, but the conversation with their representative, Tom, stuck out so much (we also spoke to two other well-known video agencies) that when we had the budget to invest in a professional video, Creatably was the no-brainer choice. The reason we went with Creatably was because Tom, in less than 30 minutes, showed complete understanding of our product, our customer base, and our brand. If he was that good and he didn't even deal with the scripting & the shoots, we could only imagine how well the rest of it would go. And I can confidently say that the money we spent on a video done by Creatably was the best money we've ever spent on any production or marketing effort. They really enjoy what they do and it shows in their work. We flew out to Utah to be at the shoot, and witnessed nothing but true professionalism and expertise. Everything from conceptualizing, scripting, editing, location and talent selection, shot lists, and editing, was meticulously planned and perfectly executed. The writers, video crew, director, the actress..everyone was professional, kind, and truly enjoys their job. I'm very particular about things I envision, and always aim for perfection, no matter how long it takes to execute. Not one time in the entire process did I feel like I was a bother, and they seemed to strive for perfection as much as I did. Our account manager, Lana, is a national treasure and should be protected at all cost. She made sure the whole project ran smoothly, provided regular updates, and coordinated everything from initial calls to editing. She even got us information on things to do in the area when we flew in for the shoot, researched places to stay, and the best gelato in town. In the world full of mediocrity, finding a creative, talented team dedicated to perfection is such a breath of fresh air. The video turned out phenomenal and we can't wait to release it later this month. I wish I could give them ten stars. I wish I was able to offer a more comprehensive review, however it seems like they are a small agency with people working abroad or who knows. We scheduled 2 meetings with them *(we spend millions on TV) and both were canceled on a Sunday with not even a we are sorry let's reschedule, or we are sorry we do not have room for your brand. Nothing, they just do not care. The meeting was with somebody named Jacob. Now imagine if you become a client the type of service you will get.
Amazing agency to work with. They are all super kind, professional, funny, and the best in the business when it comes to making profitable humorous ads. Their process and results really work if you trust them. They really care about your success as a client, and will find means and ways to go above an beyond to make your campaign successful.

On top of all the views, we get comments daily that it is one of the best ads anyone has seen. They nailed the story and made the process so fun for us as business owners.
