These guys are pretty professional and their interface is decent. The issue is that after eight months of being their client, they did not demonstrate that had a solid understanding on how to improve the PPC for our company in our industry. They didn't give me a lot of confidence that they learned our industry after working with them for eight months.
My experience with Chair 10 was very disappointing. An investment that provided very low returns. My onboarding experience with Caroline was not welcoming & our assigned account manager Jeremy was new to the business, lacking timely support to help our campaign. We invested close to $4,500 in 3 months, and only generated 2 calls month.
After working with Chair10, and specifically Sebastian K, my marketing and advertising needs have been well taken care of. Their lead generation is impressive and their online portal shows you all the high level details - I know whats going on and how things are doing without needing to know the minute details. Sebastian sends me emails providing more detail on the campaigns, keywords, and costs for the month and how they plan on adjusting them moving forward. Sebastian has been fantastic to work with, he always provides great summaries of whats going on behind the scenes and acts as a subject matter expert when I have questions or ideas. All around I would highly recommend Chair10 and Sebastian to anyone looking for a turnkey marketing solution.
