It has been a great relief to have someone as competent as the Butterflyly team take over the PNW Glass Guild site maintenance. The former member who built the site moved away. We tried for 2 years to find someone else who could actually do the job with little success until a member suggested the 501commons.org database of pre-vetted contractors of all sorts. We found the Butterflyly arm of AssetLab listed there. It has been several months and we have been very pleased with their work and their program so far.

Through our company, I have worked with AssetLab for the last two years as I am usually the one to reach out when our website needs help. Luke is usually the one to help with our tickets. He is kind and considerate. He is communicative and responds to our requests often quicker than anticipated but also as quickly as he can. I really appreciate how simple and uncomplicated he makes the process of updating our website. He makes sure to communicate if he needs clarification or more information before making changes. I appreciate that he offers suggestions or options when there are any, depending on the request, so that we may consider something we might not have known. I also really appreciate working with Jeff Kelly. He is personable and informative. He cares about us as clients and makes sure we know he is there to help, whether for something related to a ticket or help with something new we want to try.
