I have not had the best experience with balloon suite. Jeff and the staff are nice people but when they originally building my website, it took longer than expected and also I caught lots of errors and then Jeff had a personally go back in the website and make a list for his team to tackle that they missed of putting in there or messed up on, it had a change after already went. I have been paying for the platinum which is about $1000 a month plus $500 in the Google marketing side and I have not seen anywhere near close to the results that I used to see previously with the different marketing company and I’ve given it about almost 7 months or more for them to straighten things out which is ample amount of time to get some good headway on things I know Google doesn’t happen overnight. I’m pretty disappointed about as I’ve heard good things about him but then also a lot of the compliments I’ve gotten on my website, have not been on the greatest side, saying that my old website looked better And this website seem quickly thrown together and basic wasn’t really getting all factor that I would like to see. Then at the end of it I know they’re great only committing via email but I guess there’s a payment issue and I’ve been traveling a bunch and I didn’t see the emails come through and I didn’t get no phone call or anything they just, cut me out of my website. They don’t own the website but since they’re doing the marketing side and the platinum side of it no they run it but I have paid for the website and since the payment wasn’t made, they took my website off-line and now it is running an error code without the courtesy of a phone call, they’ve only communicated via email which also some of the emails go into junk which I don’t check all the time which is partially my fault but if you’re gonna do something so and just shut someone’s website off and stop the ads from my talking around people that I would’ve gotten a phone call and a voicemail. End of day I am pretty disappointed in the service as I feel I don’t wanna say scammed a good word but I feel as promised a lot and guaranteed is going to do better so invested a lot into it and I feel that it’s either done the same as I was doing before with the website, if not worse. And also with the platinum package are supposed to be getting an online store and a couple other things that was listed on there as part of the package which I never received never started. I talked about it never reached out to finish setting it all up so away I feel that, it’s somewhat scam. They’re saying they’re gonna do all this but then don’t live up to it. 100%.
