I genuinely hate leaving negative reviews on a business profile because, as a business owner myself, I understand the impact reviews can have. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I was very clear with Sam Beaten from the beginning about what I needed. I was having issues launching a Meta ad campaign and specifically told her that Meta was my priority. I also made it clear that I was not interested in Google Ads at this time. Before I signed up, I was assured that they could either help get my Meta campaign working or run it through their agency account and bill me monthly for the ad spend. Based on those assurances and the professionalism of our conversations, I moved forward and paid the $600 fee. After I paid, I was then told that they could only assist me with Google Ads—the exact service I had repeatedly said I did not want. I was scheduled to meet with an account manager on Friday. When Sam and I spoke on Thursday, she assured me she would speak with billing and get back to me before the end of the day. I never received that follow-up. Since then, my calls have gone to voicemail, despite my messages being reviewed. What makes this especially disappointing is that I had already found another agency. I chose to work with this company because of the specific assurances I was given and because I genuinely believed this could develop into a long-term relationship as I grew my business and advertising platform. Businesses should be able to rely on what they are told before making a payment. If a company cannot provide a particular service, that should be communicated clearly before accepting a client's money—not afterward. Based on my experience and the lack of follow-through, I would recommend considering another agency. Update and response to business: Sam, you can justify it however you want. The bigger issue is the lack of communication. I called six or seven times and sent three or four emails without a response or the follow-up I was promised. And just FYI, my executive assistant was in the room during our conversation when you explained what you were able to do for my business, and I also took notes. So it wasn’t just me who heard you say that you could assist with running the ads through your agency account. There was also no issue with the actual ad itself. As I explained to you, the issue was with payment processing because it was a new account. At this point, I’m happy I dodged a bullet as well. Maybe spend less time on Google reviews and actually answering calls and being more responsive to your clients.

At first communication started out good but disappointed quickly. Looks like they don't know what they are doing. Google campaign never even launched, only FB. Ad copy and creative was lacking advertising knowledge. Went somewhere else now, much better support and results. Lesson learned.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with LiteSpeed Marketing has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a marketing company. The sales process was excellent. They were responsive, persistent, and made a lot of promises about how they would manage my campaign. Unfortunately, once they had my payment, the level of service changed completely. Communication became poor. Emails often went unanswered, and I found myself constantly following up just to get updates. It felt like I was managing the campaign instead of the company I hired. The ad creatives they produced were low quality. I had to ask multiple times for corrections, point out mistakes, and even stop them from using branding that wasn’t my official company logo. These are basic details that should have been handled correctly from the start. Most importantly, the campaign failed to produce results. I did not receive a single lead from the campaign despite paying for professional lead generation services. When I requested a refund because the service had clearly failed to deliver, I was offered only 50% back, despite the fact that I don’t believe they provided anywhere near that amount of value. In my opinion, LiteSpeed Marketing spent far more effort selling me their services than actually providing them. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to other business owners looking for lead generation or marketing services. UPDATE: My original review stands, and unfortunately my opinion of this company has only gotten worse. Instead of professionally addressing the concerns I raised as a paying customer, my business later received a 1-star review from David Watson—someone who has never been a customer of Apex Custom Floors. We are a flooring contractor based in Texas, and we have no estimate, invoice, contract, project, email, phone record, or any other business relationship with David Watson. Public Washington Secretary of State records identify David Watson as the Registered Agent and Governor of Litespeed Marketing LLC in Vancouver, Washington. The review was posted using his own name despite there being no customer relationship between us. As a fellow business owner, I find this extremely unprofessional. If this is how legitimate customer criticism is handled, other business owners should take that into consideration before hiring this company. My advice is simple: keep every email, text message, invoice, proposal, and promise in writing. My original review was an honest account of my experience as a paying customer, and nothing that has happened since has changed that.
