This company took payment of $300 from me for a years worth of social media service and then stopped service 2 weeks in. They sent an email saying they are closing and they'll give refunds but no date. It's been over a month. Now when I reach out, they ghost me. Very disappointed and surprised by this unprofessional treatment.
