I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience with RISE up to this point. After several meetings they were able to get my workflows/pipelines and automations set up like I wanted. The great part is that they did all of the work. In the past I've worked with CRMs and they simply provide tutorials on setting it all up. That's included with RISE. (That's HUGE!) Lillian was my onboarding specialist. She went above and beyond to get me set up. But after you get onboarded, you still have access to the support team. They're basically a 2 or 3 clicks away. (First you talk to AI, but just tell AI you need a live person and within a minute or two, they're there.) Additionally, if the answer is detailed, instead of them typing the instructions, they make a quick Loom video. I get to see how to do what I'm needing to do. Can I give them 6 stars?? :)
