One of the greatest ironies of being a marketing agency is how often they advise you of the value of a 5 Star Review on Google, and how seldom their own clients stop to think about whether that might apply to the agency itself. I have found the team at Jade Orchard to be deeply informed. They know what to do, why they are doing it, and how and when to do it. They stay abreast of the ever-changing landscape, and advise accordingly. And while I suspect they do a lot of business, I have never had to put up with a weekly, automated, un-insightful email from a company that feels decidedly large, or regularly scheduled meetings with a gatekeeper/salesperson/buffer between me and the person I actually want to talk to. It's a tough landscape, a thankless task where every week your client is asking "what have you done for me lately?" and they can handle that question.
