This review relates to Ignite Visibility’s current affiliation with Socius Marketing, which now publicly identifies itself as “Socius Marketing by Ignite Visibility.” Our company was a Socius client for SEO and paid-advertising management. We experienced delayed SEO deliverables, unreliable conversion reporting, insufficient communication regarding important advertising changes, and numerous account and tracking issues that we had to investigate after taking management back in-house. We are also being asked to pay the full advertising-management fee for a period in which we believe the management provided fell materially below what had been promised and what we were paying for. I am not claiming that Ignite Visibility personally performed every piece of the original work. However, because Socius now presents itself under the Ignite Visibility name, I believe prospective clients researching Ignite should understand the experience associated with its Socius operation. We gave the company an opportunity to address the execution and billing concerns, but we have not received a resolution that adequately acknowledges the problems we documented. Businesses considering Socius Marketing by Ignite Visibility should insist on precise written deliverables, independently verified lead tracking, full account access, transparent change logs, and clear accountability for management fees.
