Our experiences with this company have been inexcusable. We came into contact with them when they bought out a local company we had done business with. We hired them to develop a web presence for a new office for our firm in a new market. We entered into a six month lease, set up the office, and set up telephone service all so they would have the address and phone numbers to set up the site. It took near if not all of the six months before they ever got the site up. Once up, it was published with the addresses and contact information for our original office in our home market. This was eventually corrected. What occurred after that makes me believe the search engine backside data was also set to our main office but not corrected. Because the office space was leased in reliance on the marketing being up within a commercially reasonable time, and that zero phone calls had been generated by the time the lease expired we made the decision to take the loss on the tens of thousands spent on the office and closed the location.

I'm taking the time to write this because of a specific employee. Not that the whole company hasn't been wonderful.
