Terrible Experience. We signed a 6 month contract with BearFox to run a Google PPC marketing campaign and with over $22,000 spent, they generated us 4 leads and no sales. After 4 months of zero performance, they then refused to let us out of the failed campaign early. This campaign and our experience with BearFox was a complete failure.

I launched a home cleaning business in 2025 and worked with Bear Fox to run a Meta ads campaign. The cost structure was a monthly service fee, plus a small percentage of whatever I set as the Meta "ad spend". As a small business owner, you find out quickly there are a TON of people out there offering websites, SEO, marketing, etc. Some of those people charge less and there's a good reason - they don't care about you. You are a number in their system. I've learned the hard way. They did everything for us: created ad copy (words) and creative (visuals), built the ads in the Meta Business Suite, and set the demographics. I met with my account manager (hey Cierra!) on a regular basis to discuss performance and pivots (if needed) with insights from their Paid Ad Manager. They are a really special team. If you care about professionalism and relationships, you can't go wrong.
