We’ve had a great experience working with DLM. They built and continue to support our website, help with our blogs and other digital marketing needs, and have been great to work with. We absolutely loved working with our previous Campaign Manager, Sara, and Olivia Schremser has continued that same great experience. DLM clearly does an excellent job finding great people, because our current Campaign Manager, Olivia has been just as wonderful. She is incredibly responsive, always available when we have questions, and gets things taken care of quickly. I never feel like I have to follow up repeatedly or wonder where something stands. If I reach out to her with a question or need something changed, she responds and gets it handled. She is also just genuinely easy and enjoyable to work with, which makes a huge difference.
