I am a start-up with a five figure marketing budget and they threw 5+ people on the project (explainer videos) which was clearly too much. The manager was a "smile and nod" type from what I could gather although I only had 3 - 4 meetings during the first and only month I worked with them. The junior person they supposedly assigned to do the legwork was not, per my documented records, present for 2 of the 3 meetings we had with them, they suggested to me otherwise. I'm not sure what the 3 - 4 other people in our meetings were there for anyway, maybe if I stuck around for a few months (and a few tens of thousands of dollars) I would have found out. What they quoted me was not nearly enough to support the team they chose to assign to my project and to get it done. Because of all this I decided to pull the plug after the first month and asked for an accounting of their hours in an effort to get some of the $5,250 I paid them ($166/hr). They did not give me the accounting nor any refund. I do have to admit that with a larger budget this firm might do a great job, you might get more attention and they are obviously experienced and I'm sure they have talent. But the manner in which they managed my little project was negligent at best.

I hired the folks at Basso in the winter of 2018 and have been rewarded with that decision ever since. Chuck, Agatha, and all the fine hardworking people at Basso have been professional, and very responsive. I call they answer! They are responsible for increasing my business to a level we have never seen, and we've been in business for over 80 years!! I asked them to pin point a portion of my business that I wanted to increase sales and they did it! They made me feel like family and that's a tag line that gets used way to often and as a rule is just lip service, but not here. Lastly, while shut down for COVID I still heard from them as scheduled and they were right there when I called. Highly, Highly, recommend!
