I had an excellent experience with Soulo! They communicated well, worked with me during the creative process, and delivered the new billboard exactly when they said they would. I would recommend their services to anyone else!

They bought out my old print shop that I worked with over 8 years. At first they were accommodating helping me with my first print job. I noticed quality was not as good as before but I couldn’t complain I had no choice. But then they did a 180. Jobs the old RG printing shop could do in a day they needed over a week notice, quality was bad, reps wouldn’t help with anything. I called 3 separate occasions to get prints done and they straight out refused, too backed up or too busy for my small business. And to top it off a random threat from the CEO Bob Molacek saying I haven’t paid. After my first job they charged my card and had it on file and apparently lost my information after the second or third job I did with them. And this is over a job that was less then $100. Bad customer service and they bought out a nice print shop for who knows what reason , just to be miserable to people.
