My experience with Onspire Health Marketing was deeply disappointing. After acquiring Vitalelement—who had built an excellent website for my practice with responsive, professional service—costs increased while support quality sharply declined. Basic issues required repeated unanswered calls and helpdesk tickets just to receive a response. When Onspire could not resolve a routine Google review management issue, I requested termination. They then attempted to enforce a 90-day notice provision that does not appear in my signed agreement and threatened collections despite the contractual discrepancy. (30 day notice required in the contract I signed 3 years ago) Sophisticated marketing firms should operate with transparency, accessibility, and integrity. This experience reflected the opposite.
