This will be lengthy to bear with me. I'm very pleased with the Team of Professionals here at Chart Local. I had been with my previous Web guy for 5 years and only until the past year did I begin to understand he didn't know diddly squat about SEO, keyword building, etc, you know, the things that really distinguish you from the competition. I am always skeptical of the many web people out there that promise this and promise that in an attempt to get your business and I was gun shy about Chart Local until I went in and met with Chris Colin and Kevin McClary at their offices. Their part of WWAY-TV 3 in Wilmington and that put me much more at ease just in knowing this. I explained my previous experience and shared with them what I wanted in a website, and low and behold, they improved me dramatically. It's a clean, crisp and colorful site and the new Woo e-commerce program was actually very easy to learn and build product information from. Now it's not to say it was easy as it does take alot of going back and forth as adjustments have to be made but these guys held my hand and just figured out how to get it done. Having had 2 different web developers over the years and not really having a clue as to what a website should be, these good folks took their time with me and made my site wonderful. Hats off to the Team at Chart Local. I am indebted.
