I have worked with Carson for 10+ years & he is amazing at what he does! I would refer him to anyone who is need for web design or even to help with Google.

For a long time I thought I had marketing figured out. I ran my own ads, made my own content, all of it. Spent a ridiculous amount of time and money doing it too…..we are talking like 10+ yrs!. But no matter what I tried, I inevitably kept running into the same issues and not really getting where I wanted to go. I’m a dude and of course I didn’t look for help because I “know it all" and despite my roadblocks I was doing fairly well but felt like I was still missing something to get me to a higher level. I humored myself and figured I could at least look into some options so I ended up working with a few different agencies over time, hoping that would fix it. Full transparency, most of them just did whatever I asked for and called it a day. Looking back, I think that was kind of the problem. Nobody really challenged anything or tried to understand what I was actually trying to accomplish. Through prior business relationships I was randomly introduced to Carson. As we were casually talking he took interest and asked questions about my business and the physical products space…..almost to the point that I thought he might be a direct competitor or something. That’s when I learned about him and the team over at Pizzazz Group that completely changed how I viewed marketing companies and ad agencies. This was different. I came into this thinking I knew exactly what I needed. Carson didn’t just run with my ideas though. He asked a lot of questions, and not your typical surface level stuff either. There were a few times where I was set on a direction, and after talking it through, I realized I wasn’t even focused on the right problem in the first place. He was not afraid to tell me no but gave me the reasons why and what/who would be affected by it. That’s was the missing piece that I didn’t know was missing??? Who would have thought. Something else I didn’t expect was how much I’d actually learn through the process. It’s not just “here’s your ads, good luck.” He really helped me understand how people think when they’re buying, what gets them to click, and what actually gets them to take action. That alone has changed how I look at marketing. Also worth mentioning, I’ve worked directly with Carson the whole time. No getting passed around, no disappearing act after onboarding. He’s easy to get ahold of, actually looks at what’s going on, and is involved way more than I’ve seen with other agencies.
