The team at Uplancer is amazing! One of our websites was hacked a few months ago and I thought we had repaired the damage until Google detected malicious URLs that kept reappearing within the site at random times. Google flagged the site with the red "Dangerous Site" warning, which seriously affected our site traffic. With the help of a cyber security expert, we were eventually able to clean up the site, only to have the Google warning reappear after a few days. After repeating this cycle several times, I found a blog post from Huy Nguyen on the Uplancer website describing a similar case with one of their clients. I reached out to Uplancer by phone on a Friday morning, and Huy agreed to take a look at the site that same afternoon. He and his team worked through the weekend to begin monitoring the website and documenting what was going on behind the scenes with the site. They reviewed the entire site for signs of malicious activity, wrote custom PHP scripts to block known malicious URLs to prevent them from reappearing, and updated the site's .htaccess file with new security headers to prevent any unapproved external links from running. The Google blacklists have stopped, our traffic has returned to normal, and our website is running better than ever! I can't say enough about the work that the Uplancer team has done for us. They are fast, thorough, and detail-oriented, providing professional service with a simple, common-sense approach. I am a long-time IT guy, but I know when I am over my head.
