Zack from their team really went above and beyond for us. We're trying to expand into OKC from Tulsa and our map listing kept giving us issues time and time again, for months. I finally just reached out and said hey, whatever we need to do, let's figure this out. So he drove out to my office and stayed with me on multiple live calls with Google (which I didn't know you could do), and our business listing is approved. Hopefully it stays good and solid, but I know that with Optimized Zen and Zack, we'll be taken care of. Thanks so much!
