Where to start… they do not have a direct phone number, and all calls go through a third-party service. Their social media appears to be largely AI-generated. Ryan typically does not respond to emails for at least 24 hours. The website they designed had broken links, missing or incorrect images, and repeated information throughout. The photoshoots were unprofessional, and the final images were unusable. Worst of all, they created a contract that gave them full ownership of the website and all company media, and then requested an unreasonable buyout price after five years of a loyal partnership and ongoing retainer. Do yourself a favor and choose another marketing team. Just to add, a large portion of their Google reviews appear to be fake. If I could give 0 stars I could.
