After working for almost a year and paying nearly $997, I feel there was a lack of professionalism and an inability to understand the people in business. I believe they lacked the knowledge needed to understand how to charge for a business. I think what I was paying was too expensive. I decided not to continue due to the price they were offering me. The last call I received was from a person named Janine w who didn't have the charisma to talk to me. I am 100% disappointed in them and would not recommend them.

Was the most expensive option, expected at least decent results, received almost nothing. Luckily they told me if I signed up for three months I’d get a money back guarantee, right? NOPE, immediately after three month trial they continued to charge me, was unresponsive to emails and calls, then gave excuses as to why I haven’t received money. Now they have not responded for three months and owe my thousands of dollars. Update: After posting this review was contacted and refund was given.

JSA InterActive has played a crucial role in the growth of my business. I was fortunate enough to meet Julian at a retreat and instantly found him to be engaging and genuine. It was only later that I became aware of what he did for a living, and at that point I knew that I could trust my business in his hands and the hands of JSA InterActive. I have worked mainly with he and Janine White and they have both been very professional and helpful in making the process of SEO be very user-friendly to someone less tech-savvy like me.
