Turbo Marketing is possibly one of the best companies I have worked within my 10 years of owning my medical spa (and like most med spa owners, I am a perfectionist). I initiated our "website make-over" in January of 2020 and "went live" ahead of schedule in April of 2020 (yes, during COVID). I wanted to take a few minutes to write my feedback about the process from start to finish, my experience has been beyond 5 stars. DEVELOPMENT Establishing my color scheme, creative layout and the format for the copy was the biggest hurdle. I had a general idea of what I wanted but needed help refining the details. Their creative team was amazing. Together we refined the "look and feel" and by mid-February, we finalized the layout and their team went to work on writing the copy. I took a "hands-off approach" to the copy that went on each page (I reviewed everything but made very few changes). This made my life so easy. I was extremely involved in the selection of the photos that were used on each page and they were super flexible with this approach. INTEGRATION Easy! I made an introduction to our EMR software supplier and they fully integrated our website with our EMR system. Since launching, leads will come in via the website and automatically flow and upload into our EMR, no extra typing or tracking. The integration with our social media and business listings has been just as easy and I like that I get an email of every lead that comes in from the website. MAINTENANCE This is where they shine. If I want a change, I email and it is done. ALWAYS. There is a closed-loop communication and they are clear about their timeframe to deliver. I have made several changes and not once have I thought "did that happen?". Their team is organized and patient. I meet with them every 2 weeks for 30 min to review strategy, blogs, specials, and metrics. The transition from development to maintenance has been exceptional. RESULTS I have been blown away with the results. For one, my email leads have tripled in 2 months. We were averaging 4-7 email leads/week (new customers) in 2019. Last week, June 19–26, we had 25 new leads, that is 2 months after our launch and during COVID. I attribute this to the redesign of the website. Most of these leads come in when we are closed, 5 pm-10 am. I have been so impressed with Turbo's services that I am currently expanding my service plan to include email marketing and advertising. I would highly recommend TURBO if you are considering a website design, I expect to make my ROI on the redesign in 3 months after launch (July 2020). Their team has become an extension of our business and I enjoy working with them tremendously.
