I have a successful business but it seemed like it hit a threshold. I didn't know why I couldn't get it to keep growing but it wasn't. That's why I started looking for some outside advice. I was recommended to Brad from other business owners. He taught me the marketing techniques that I was using wrong (and taught me how to do it right) but also taught me the ones I wasn't using at all. Most importantly, he taught me that one of my biggest issues was company culture. I've always been a micromanager & (some would say) a controlling person. Which is probably very accurate. He taught me how important company culture is & that customer-facing employees ARE my business to my customers. If my employees aren't happy then that will carryover to my customers. By creating a culture of "team" using Brad's methods, I was able to get my employees engaged with my business and its success. I remember one employee specifically, named Tiffany (changed the name) who seemed to always be complaining. Once Brad came in and shared his methods with leadership and assisted us in sharing that message with our employees but also teaching us how to continue to do so in the future, I've seen a decrease in employee turnover, an increase in customer satisfaction as well as more business revenue.
